Beechwood Estates is mid-2000s, with homes on record from 2005, 2006 and 2010.
Siding this age still has service life, but the sealants around it do not. Caulk joints at trim, windows and transitions are typically on their second decade, and that is where water starts finding a way behind the panel. Correcting sealant failure before it reaches the sheathing is the cheapest work we do, and it is what prevents water behind siding.
Collier Ridge
Collier Ridge is 2010s construction, with homes on record from 2013.
The cladding here has decades left. What is worth verifying is the wall behind it — house wrap laps, window head flashing, and the transitions where siding meets brick, roof, or a change in plane.
Copeland Heights
Copeland Heights is 2020 construction, mostly brick and vinyl.

Two to four years later there is a soft spot in the trim or a stain on an interior wall, and now the job is a wall repair on top of a siding replacement that has to be done again.
On brick-and-vinyl construction the shortcut is different but the logic is the same: caulk where Z-flashing should be at the brick line. Looks identical on day one, fails in a few years, and the water goes into the wall rather than down the face of it.
