Where two deck quotes differ sharply, the gap is almost always in the framing, the footings and the ledger connection — the parts nobody sees once the boards go down.
How long it takes. Most deck repairs run about one to two working days, depending on the size of the repair, access, weather, what we find once boards come up, any change orders and material availability. Larger structural scopes take longer, and we tell you when we find them rather than afterwards.
